Dear Public,
Augmented reality is going to be amazing. It’s time to start looking forward to…looking forward towards things. So far, the best excuse I’ve heard is being able to look at objects in stores and find cheaper prices online. I just imagine myself visiting the secret Pier 1 Imports at the actual Pier 1 in San Francisco, looking at a whimsical clock that would fit perfectly in bedroom three of my Manhattan apartment, and realizing via my Google Glasses that it’s 10% cheaper if I buy from chinaexport14356’s Marketplace on Ebay.
Though, I did just wonder, how do you find a cheaper version of something you’re already wearing? How do you shop for a cheaper Google Glass without already having one on? Do you proceed to see a secret Google Easter Egg where Sergey Brin puts you on his Facebook friend list and you get to see that he’s in a complicated relationship with the NSA?
